GARLIKKY CHEESE SAUCE
  2 oz. Cheddar Cheese
1 C Dry White Wine
1/3 C Organic Natural Pikled Garlik, chopped
1/4 C Heavy Cream
1 T Butter
1 T Flour
Salt & Pepper to taste

In a 1 qt. pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and continue whisking for three minutes. Do not let the mixture get brown. Pour in the wine and stir until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil; simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the heavy cream and Pikled Garlik; simmer another two minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over the vegetable of your choice. Serves 3-4 people.
