| COLD NOODLE SALAD |

Yield: 4 Servings
1/4 C. Honey
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
4 t. Sesame Oil
4 T. Pikled Garlik
1 lb. Noodles, cooked until tender, and refreshed in
ice water
1/2 C. thinly sliced Scallions
1/2 C. Bean Sprouts
1/2 C. thinly sliced Carrots
1/2 C. Cucumber; peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
1 C. toasted Cashews, lightly crushed
3 T. chopped fresh Cilantro
2 T. toasted Sesame Seeds
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce and sesame oil. To the nooldes, add the scallions, bean sprouts, carrots, Pikled Garlik, cucumber, cashews, cilantro, sesame seeds, and the soy mixture. Mix thoroughly.
